Gies College of Business grants degrees three times a year -- in May, August, and December. You need to submit an application for graduation in your final term in order to place your name on the degree list and receive your diploma.

PODCAST: When Influencers use AI to interact with fans and consumers

A study of 225 prominent Weibo influencers found that clearly labeled AI-generated replies encouraged users to comment on later posts, including sponsored content. They worked best when they matched the influencer’s voice, addressed the specific comment, arrived after a believable delay, and were used selectively.

Gies Business New Student Welcome

The Gies Business New Student Welcome for incoming undergraduate students will take place on August 18 in Foellinger Auditorium from 1:45-2:45 pm. The event will be in the format of a game show in which our incoming Gies students will participate in several challenges.
