Gies College of Business grants degrees three times a year -- in May, August, and December. You need to submit an application for graduation in your final term in order to place your name on the degree list and receive your diploma.

Accountancy Student Awarded the Stanley R. Levy Leadership Scholarship

  Wilson_Jesse_1 Accountancy Sophomore, Jesse Wilson Accountancy student Jesse Wilson, a sophomore from Berkeley, IL, was recently awarded the Stanley R. Levy Leadership Scholarship.  This award is given to sophomore or junior students who hold significant leadership positions on campus - positions with the potential for shaping the development of the students’ roles and responsibilities, while contributing to the quality of life of the campus.  Only two students on the entire campus are selected for this prestigious scholarship.

Jesse’s leadership includes being a Residential Adviser at Lincoln Avenue Residence Hall, a Co-Director of Sponsorship for the Student Alumni Ambassadors, and a College of Business Ambassador. Additionally, he will be serving as a Launch Intern for EY this summer. Jesse was honored at a banquet that took place on April 7.
