Application Due Soon: Fall 2025 Hybrid Immersion | |
Apply now for the Fall 2025 Salt Lake City Hybrid Immersion! This innovative immersion format combines virtual and in-person components, providing greater flexibility in both cost and scheduling. The virtual part of the immersion will be spent preparing for the case competition with your group. For the in-person portion, you’ll participate in a case competition with a local company, explore local business practices and culture, and connect with fellow iDegree learners. Upcoming 2026 Immersion Opportunities | |
We are excited to share the upcoming immersion formats and the month they will occur for Spring and Summer 2026. Learners can look forward to a fully virtual immersion in March, as well as international in-person immersions in May and August. Additional details including locations, dates and application information will be announced later this year. | |

UN Human Development Report Cites Gies Research on Collective Intelligence | |
Gies College of Business professor Pranav Gupta's groundbreaking work is changing the way the world thinks about AI and its role in human development. Gupta, an assistant professor of business administration, studies how people and technology can work together more intelligently: a field called "collective intelligence." Three of his recent research articles are cited in the 2025 United Nations Human Development Report, which calls for a new vision of AI-augmented human flourishing, rooted in collaboration, intentional innovation, and investment in people's capabilities.
