The Student and Academic Success Specialists provide academic advising and support for all students in Gies Online Programs. Whether you need assistance with registration, course selections, dropping or withdrawing from classes, degree planning, or accessing resources available to you - our team is here to help! We offer 25 minute one-on-one Advising Appointments and 15 minute one-on-one Express Advising sessions (first-come, first-serve). | Midwest Healthcare Management Conference |
| Join Carle Illinois College of Medicine and Gies College of Business for the 2025 Midwest Healthcare Management Conference. This in-person event will take place Friday, August 22, on campus, at the iHotel and Conference Center (1900 S 1st St, Champaign, IL 61820).This year’s conference will explore how to improve healthcare access across all settings—from primary and preventive care to emergency and inpatient services. | Gies MBA Learner on Leadership Team of Cozad Finalist Startup |
The Cozad New Venture Challenge wrapped up its 25th anniversary competition on April 17. Of the 308 University of Illinois startups competing for more than $500,000 in funding, only six were invited to present at the finals. Lakshmi Priya Rangaraju, who will complete her MBA from Gies College of Business this year, leads the business operations for one of those finalists, VOCA Health. The startup is building a voice disorder management tool for ENT and speech pathology clinicians and patients. Read more about Rangaraju’s project here.
