Your Canvas Course Page has a Time Limit |
Canvas course pages are available for eight weeks from the end of the last course module, as stated in each course syllabus. After eight weeks from the end date, you will no longer have access to your course dashboard in Canvas. Save any documents before that date for your personal archives. Your access to course content and videos in Coursera will not expire. |
Fall 2024 Second 8-Week Grade Release |
Final grades for the second 8-weeks of the Fall 2024 semester are available to view in Student Self-Service on Tuesday, December 24. |
Fall 2024 Digital Specialization Certificate Release Next Month |
Gies Online is pleased to celebrate learners achieving milestones in their specialization coursework. Approximately four weeks after final grades are released, eligible learners who have completed a specialization area in Fall 2024 will be sent a digital specialization certificates via Accredible to their Illinois email addresses. Learn how to share your credentials with your network via Accredible. |

Have a great idea for a product or startup? The Grainger College of Engineering is hosting the Cozad New Venture Challenge, with the Gies College of Business partnering as a sponsor for the event. Open to all University of Illinois learners, both on campus and online, this event offers remote workshops via Zoom throughout the semester to help you advance your ideas with mentoring, funding, and developing skills for success. At the end, you can pitch your innovative startup in person, on the UIUC campus, at Demo Day on April 2, 2025 to compete for a share of $500,000 in funding.
