Japan Virtual Immersion Application Due Today
Applications for the Japan Virtual Immersion are due! Please apply and submit a $100 deposit by completing this form by 5:00 pm CT today, August 19. You will be notified of your acceptance by Wednesday, August 28. The total fee to participate is $575. Your $100 application deposit will be applied to this total and $475 will then be charged to your student account. If you are not selected, your deposit will be refunded. If demand exceeds capacity, priority will be based on seniority (credits earned) in the program. iMBA learners who join will fulfill one specialization capstone. Please see the attached flyer for detailed course timing and syllabus.
 
Gies Student Portal Undergoing Maintenance
Please be advised that the Gies Student Portal will undergo scheduled maintenance from 5:00 pm CT on Thursday, August 22 until7:00 am CT on Friday, August 23. During this time, the portal will be temporarily unavailable. We appreciate your patience as we work to keep the portal running smoothly.
 
December Gies Convocation Ceremony
The date of the December 2024 Gies Convocation Ceremony has officially been announced! The ceremony will take place on Friday, December 20, from 1:00 - 3:00 pm CT at the Krannert Center for the Performing Arts. Ceremony details and registration information will be posted on the Gies Convocation website later in the fall semester.  
 
New Book Examines Impact of the Pandemic on Supply Chains
A global disruptor with a far-reaching and long-lasting impact, the COVID-19 pandemic caused changes to social interactions and business operations that we are still recovering from four years later. To share the lessons learned by businesses, Gies College of Business faculty Sridhar Seshadri and Mohammad Moshref-Javadi coedited a book titled Impacts of COVID-19 on Supply Chains: Disruptions, Technologies, and SolutionsRead more about their book here.
