Drop Deadline for Second 8-week Courses is Today! |
The last day to drop a 2nd 8-week course (a course that began on Wednesday, October 12) for a 100% refund is today Monday, October 17 by 11:59 pm CT. Please refer to our Fall Refund Guide located on our Dropping Courses and Refunds website to review academic deadlines and policies concerning course drops and withdrawals. Important note: If you have already taken courses in the 1st 8 weeks of the Fall semester, you cannot withdraw in the second 8-week session. Your only option is to drop the course(s) you are registered for at that time. |
Spring 2023 Time Tickets - Planning Ahead |
This week your registration time tickets will be available to view in student self-service and in your profile section of the student portal. Your registration time ticket is the day and time that you can begin registering for spring courses. Check your time ticket and save the date in your calendar, and make a course plan with a Student and Academic Success Specialist before your time ticket opens. Make a plan for the next semester: Our Student and Academic Success Specialists are here to provide course guidance, degree planning, and assistance with registration. Connect with a member of our team today and avoid the registration rush. Please Note: Courses have been reaching capacity before the registration deadline. We recommend registering early to ensure your seat in your planned courses. |
GoGies Game: Win Prizes While Showing Your Gies Pride |
As part of the celebration of five years as Gies College of Business, you can join in a game to show off your Gies pride and knowledge and win some cool gear. Join us on Wednesday, October 26, from 2-2:30 pm CT for our GoGies Game, a fun game of skill, determination, and speed. The top 20 highest scores will win a prize. Check your email on October 24 for more information on how to play. Note: the game is open to the first1,000 Gies students. |

Canvas course pages are available for eight weeks from the end of the last course module, as stated in each course syllabus. After eight weeks from the end date, you will no longer have access to your course(s) dashboard in Canvas. Save any documents before that date for your personal archives. |
