| Fall Second 8-week Courses Launch on Wednesday |
Fall second 8-week courses begin this Wednesday, October 12. Please be sure to check your course start and end dates for the Fall term as some course dates may vary.
Online Programs utilizes two learning platforms: Canvas and Coursera. Make sure to access your course in both platforms to be successful. |
| Drop Deadline for Second 8-week Courses |
For courses that begin on Wednesday, October 12, the last day to drop a course and get a 100% refund is Monday, October 17 by 11:59 pm CT. Please refer to our Refund Guide located on our Dropping Courses and Refunds website for more information each time you drop or withdraw from courses.
Important note: If you have already taken courses in the 1st 8 weeks of the Fall semester, you cannot withdraw in the second 8-week session. Your only option is to drop a course(s) you are registered for at that time. |
| Your Canvas Course Page Has a Time Limit |
| Canvas course pages are available for eight weeks from the end of the last course module, as stated in each course syllabus. After eight weeks from the end date, you will no longer have access to your course(s) dashboard in Canvas. Save any documents before that date for your personal archives. |

The grouping preference tool translates your time preferences into UTC (Coordinated Universal Time) so you can be grouped with individuals with similar availability around the globe.
