May 2023 Convocation Date
Gies College of Business will plan to hold its Spring Convocation ceremony in-person at 3 pm on Friday, May 12, 2023, in the State Farm Center. More information will be forthcoming, but you can start making plans to attend!

Covid-19 note: While we are planning on holding the ceremony on this date, the continued uncertainty of the pandemic means that scheduling can still be subject to change.
Duo - Multi-Factor Authorization
Between August 12 and 14, you will begin to see an updated login screen and secondary screen for Duo multi-factor authentication when you access certain web-protected resources.
What action steps do I need to take?

  1. On the first screen, type in your entire university provided email address. You will no longer be able to enter only your NetID for access. Please update your password managers accordingly.
  2. The Duo screen will appear successful entry of your email address and password. This is a visual change that requires no new or different action on your part. Continue to login with Duo as you have in the past.
Who do I contact with questions?
If you have any questions, please contact or call 217-244-7000.
