| Opportunity to Work with the Finance Department |
| The Gies Finance department is looking to hire graduate students for a senior manager position (something like a T.A.) where they would oversee four FIN 583 action learning teams through the MS Finance Practicum Program for the Fall 2022 semester. In this course, student teams of 4-6 complete real-time projects for actual companies. In this role, you would support the faculty mentor, coach team leaders, and provide guidance for the teams' client-based projects. Key skills gained include project management, coaching, leadership, and business problem-solving. This is a paid position. While an understanding of finance is a bonus, it is not required, as the faculty mentor will address finance questions. It is more important to have project experience.  The deadline to apply is June 30, 2022.   To learn more and apply, click here.   If you have any questions, please reach out to Denise Maple, Clinical Assistant Professor, at dlmaple@illinois.edu. |
