| Holiday Closures |
| This Friday, June 17, the University will be closed to observe Juneteenth, a United States Holiday. The University will also be closed on Monday, July 4 for Independence Day, a United States Holiday. University offices will be closed, and there will be no advising services offered. Please refer to your course syllabi for assignment deadlines and live session schedules. There will be no At-A-Glance newsletter on July 4, but will resume the following Monday, July 11. |

| Graduating in August? |
Planning to graduate this summer? The deadline to apply to graduate is Friday, July 1. You can submit your application in UIUC Self-Service; find step-by-step instructions on the Degree Conferral webpage.
Remember if you're an iMBA student, you need to register for the Program Capstone 48 hours after you apply to graduate. For the CRN and Live Session times, visit our course offerings page. You can submit your request for your group of four through June 26 using the Program Capstone Group Submission Form. |
| Opportunity to Work with the Finance Department |
| The Gies Finance department is looking to hire graduate students for a senior manager position (something like a T.A.) where they would oversee four FIN 583 action learning teams through the MS Finance Practicum Program for the Fall 2022 semester. In this course, student teams of 4-6 complete real-time projects for actual companies. In this role, you would support the faculty mentor, coach team leaders, and provide guidance for the teams' client-based projects. Key skills gained include project management, coaching, leadership, and business problem-solving. This is a paid position. While an understanding of finance is a bonus, it is not required, as the faculty mentor will address finance questions. It is more important to have project experience. | Seattle Immersion - August 2-6 |
Please join us for our immersion trip to Seattle where you will have the opportunity to put your iDegrees education to practice in person with your classmates.
