All university students, faculty, staff, and visitors must wear a face covering in university spaces indoors, regardless of vaccination status. Individuals who are not vaccinated are required to wear a face covering in university spaces indoors, as well as outdoors when they cannot practice social distancing. All persons, regardless of vaccination status, should remain home if they are ill. No one is required to share or show their vaccination status to anyone. Please be aware that this is a very changeable situation and this policy could change prior to the event. See University of Illinois COVID-19 guidelines.

The Gies Online Honor Code and The Digital Citizenship
Gies College of Business is committed to an engaging, high-quality, online graduate student experience through a digital classroom approach. We are excited to share two sets of student-developed guiding principles that will allow Gies Online to unite as a strong community.

The Gies Online Honor Code provides expectations for all students during their time in the program. The Digital Citizenship statement introduces the 3Rs of Digital Citizenship which serve as guidelines for engaging in our online community. You can read the student-developed Honor Code and Digital Citizenship statement here. These principles will be our guide both in and out of the classroom

MOOC Revisions for 2nd 8-week Courses
Because we strive to deliver innovative and exceptional course content, several MOOCs for upcoming courses will have significant changes. It is strongly recommended to not complete the following MOOCs until a new version has been launched:
BADM 567 - MOOCs 1 and 2
MBA 564 Special Topics 1 - MOOC 1
MBA 564 Special Topics 2 - MOOC 1
MBA 544 - MOOC 1
If you have previously completed old versions of these MOOCs and have received the certificate, it will still be recognized. However, you should plan to watch any new video content in order to be successful in your accompanying high-engagement courses.
