Spring and Summer 2026 Immersion Application Due (iMBA, iMSM, iMSA)

 Spring and Summer 2026 Immersions

Travel insurance is required for the immersions and is included in the program fee for the trip dates provided. However, if you arrive early or late for an immersion you must purchase your own insurance. Please review the attachment for more immersion details such as estimated single room rates and trip itinerary.

Who is Eligible?

All iDegree learners in the iMSM, iMSA, and iMBA programs are eligible. However, if you graduate before the immersion begins, you cannot participate. Therefore, Spring 2026 graduates can participate in the South Korea virtual immersion, but are not eligible for the Germany and South Africa immersions, so please plan accordingly.

How to Apply

Submit an application for the virtual South Korea immersion and/or the summer in-person immersions and a $100 deposit by November 16 at 11:59 pm CT. If you’re not accepted, the deposit will be refunded. If accepted, the deposit will go toward your immersion program fees. If you are interested in attending more than one immersion please rank your preferences, but you are only eligible to attend one virtual option and one of the two in-person options.

You’ll be notified of your status by November 24, and rosters will be finalized by December 12. If you are on the waiting list, you will be notified as spaces open up until the finalized roster deadline.

Capstone Credit (iMBA Only)
Completing an immersion can count as one of the two required specialization capstones for the iMBA. It cannot count for the program capstone, and only one immersion may count toward capstone credit.
