Fall 2025 Hybrid Immersion 

Travel insurance is not required for immersions within the United States. Program fees include a double room, but the single room supplement ($463 USD) is an additional cost. Please review the attachment for more immersion details such as the trip itinerary. 

Who is Eligible?  

All iDegree learners in the iMSM, iMSA, and iMBA programs are eligible. However, if you graduate before the immersion begins, you cannot participate. Therefore, Summer 2025 graduates are not eligible to participate in this immersion so please plan accordingly.  

How to Apply 

Submit your application and a $100 deposit by June 29 at 11:59 pm CT. If you’re not accepted, the deposit will be refunded. If accepted, the deposit will go toward your immersion program fees. 

You’ll be notified of your status by July 3, and rosters will be finalized by July 10. If you are on the waiting list, you will be notified as spaces open until the finalized roster deadline.

Capstone Credit (iMBA Only)

Completing an immersion can count as one of the two required specialization capstones for the iMBA. Only one immersion may count toward specialization capstone credit and it cannot replace the program capstone.
