The application to become a Gies iDegrees Course Assistant for the second eight weeks of Spring 2025 will be open this week on Wednesday, January 15. If you are interested in being considered for a position that will begin in March, please complete the CA application no later than 11:45 pm CT on January 22. Due to the volume of applications, late submissions will not be accepted. Those selected for a CA position will be notified via email in February. 

Application Process:

• The application process only requires submitting the application using the application link.
• Even if you are currently working for us, you need to apply for each term, so please make sure you apply before the deadline.
• ​​​Be careful with the course(s) you select. If you work on the course as a CA, you will not be eligible to take it for credit as a student later.
