| Soft launch starts May 8 in both Canvas and Coursera platforms for courses that begin on May 15. For learners who registered two weeks before the course start date, soft launch allows you to view your registered classes, giving you the opportunity to review your syllabi and expectations before the official start date. | ||||||||||||

| There will be a modified express advising schedule due to staff participation in the May iDegree convocation ceremony and related events. | Update Your Grouping Preference Form | ||||||||||||
| At the beginning of each 8-week session, you should update your availability on the Grouping Preference Form. The grouping preference tool translates your time preferences into UTC (Coordinated Universal Time) so you can be grouped with individuals with similar availability around the globe. Take a moment today to finalize your availability! | ||||||||||||
| Your Canvas Course Page Has a Time Limit | ||||||||||||
| Canvas course pages are available for eight weeks from the end of the last course module, as stated in each course syllabus. After eight weeks from the end date, you will no longer have access to your course(s) dashboard in Canvas. Save any documents before that date for your personal archives. Your access to course content and videos in Coursera will not expire. | ||||||||||||
