| Faculty Feature | | Deepak Somaya | Deepak Somaya is a Professor of Strategy and Entrepreneurship, Dianne and Steven N. Miller Professor, and Don and Anne Edwards Scholar. Professor Somaya earned his Ph.D. in Business Administration at the University of California at Berkeley and joined the Gies faculty in 2008. He is the first Don and Anne Edwards Scholar and Gies Faculty-in-Residence at Discovery Partners Institute, the Academic Director of Origin Ventures Academy for Entrepreneurial Leadership, and serves as faculty in the College of Law.
