Self-Care Workshop |
Wednesday, November 16 | 6pm CT | Register Here The University Library is offering a virtual workshop on self-care. Self-care is a vital part of maintaining one's physical and mental health but what does that even mean? Self-care can often feel overwhelming and even become stress inducing when we realize how time and cost intensive it is to set up a home spa day, but this doesn't have to be the case. At this workshop, we'll discuss the different meanings of self-care, and explore self-care strategies that don't require excessive spending. If attending the zoom session, please make sure to register ahead of time. |
Houston Immersion - January 4-7, 2023 |

We are currently waiting on the room rate for a single room as well as the optional one night longer stay. Details about both of those rates will be available the week of November 28. Please note that the cost of airfare to and from Houston is at your own expense. Trips fees will be billed to your student account. How can I register? To secure your spot, please register and submit a $100 non-refundable deposit by completing this form before Wednesday, November 16. You will be notified of your acceptance by Tuesday, November 29. If demand exceeds capacity, we will give priority based on seniority (credits earned) in the program. If you are not selected, your deposit will be refunded. If an iMBA degree student, does this course count as credit toward my capstones? If successfully completed, immersions can count for ONE of the two required specialization capstone courses. Students cannot use the immersion for the program capstone. Students can participate in more than one global immersion, however only one will count as a specialization capstone course. Students are welcome to participate in the immersion regardless of whether if it counts as a specialization capstone. |
